Note: The magnification of the eyepiece does not need to be taken into consideration for this measurement. You can measure the field diameter of a low-power field using a clear ruler, as per suggestion in a CAP cancer tumor template. For melanoma, CAP template recommends you use a micrometer to determine field measurement.
